From the Sellers hearts:

When we look back at the time we spent here as a family, we look back at the many amazing characteristics and features available to us in the immediate vicinity. From backyard gatherings to community festivals, we always had the amazing option to engage with...or just chill in our backyard (once described as ‘a tuscan getaway’…ok!)

Some things we thought we should share to help offer a feel for what surrounds you…

  • driveway get togethers with amazing neighbors…we were blessed to be in a neighborhood that embraces families…children, dogs, and forging tighter relationships since the pandemic as most of us re-settled to working from home…it actually provided us a closer bond with our ‘locals'
  • evening family soaks in the hot tub…which, tis our surprise, also turned out to be an amazing place to have heart to heart chats with the family and connect (priceless, really)
  • entertaining in the backyard w friends and family…music, food, wine, happiness
  • the “rumpus” (bonus) room was another great family gather spot - movie night and popcorn were big in here, with lots of laughter
  • the immediate access to hiking is an incredible bonus…as are the recreational opportunities that a quick bike ride or drive affords (Mt Tam, Pine mtn, Roy’s Redwoods, China Camp, the various lakes...endless hiking and mountain biking really)
  • only a block and a half down the street is memorial park, the primary park for San Anselmo and home to a children’s playground, picnic tables, a great field and the baseball diamonds that are home to San Anselmo little league…at the south end of the park is our own little skate park (which ranks pretty well for its size!)…and all of this is just a few steps from Red Hill shopping center (Pizzalina!)…you’ll also see some pee wee soccer activity and in the morning and evening hours the dog families come together to socialize, both human and canine)…to the north side of the park is the historical Log Cabin, built in 1933…this amazing location has played host to weddings, parties, concerts and serves as your local polling station...and the extra bonus of the Dugout Bar, located at the base of the cabin…an incredible ole timey place to grab your beverage of choice and hang with friends
  • we were fortunate enough to offer each of our girls their own room..this provided a nice getaway for each of them…and maybe for us too ;-)
  • music, festivals and great food found in San Anselmo and Fairfax (both so close)…have fun exploring! some of our favorites include… FAIRFAX: Lotus, Mas Masa, Fradelizio’s, Sorella’s, Village Sake, Hummingbird (!) and in SAN ANSELMO: Barton’s Bagels (!), Cucina, Comforts, MHBB, Madcap and Pizzalina (as mentioned before)…we also must include Guesthouse (in Kentfield)…so good

Looking back, it wasn’t just the time we spent here as a family that was the greatest blessing…it was the fact that we became a family here...each of us had been divorced and this was the house that we decided to bring our three girls together, living under the same roof for the first time…did we mention they were teen and pre teen when we decided to take this leap? Trust fall. lol.

Each day brought its set of joy and its set of challenges. Each day taught us how to grow together, respect each other and learn to love as a family.

Whatever your journey may involve, we truly hope you find this home to be a foundation for your growth, health and happiness…as it did for us.
